How Edysta 10 works

Edysta 10 is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.

Interaction

If you have sickle cell anemia (abnormal red blood cells), multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer), leukemia (blood cell cancer), penile deformation, or serious kidney or liver issues, tell your doctor. If you suffer a loss of eyesight or hearing while taking Edysta 10, contact your doctor right away. Edysta 10 Tablet can induce vertigo, so drive carefully. Avoid drinking booze because it may cause dizziness

Edysta 10 Tablet should not be provided to minors because their safety and efficacy have not been proven.
Edysta 10 Tablet may interact with antihypertensive medications (amlodipine, lisinopril, losartan, metoprolol, Riociguat), alpha-blockers (tamsulosin), anti-anginal (nitroglycerin), anti-fungal (ketoconazole, itraconazole), antibiotics (erythromycin, clarithromycin), anti-TB (rifampicin (ritonavir).

If you have cardiovascular/heart disease, renal failure (kidney damage), pulmonary disease, alcoholism, liver disease, seizure condition, hearing loss, retinitis pigmentosa (vision loss), or priapism, tell your doctor. (prolonged erection of the penis).

Contraindications

The use of Nitrates (for example, Nitroglycerine, Isosorbide): may increase the hypotensive effects of Nitrate's Hypersensitivity reactions to Tadalafil.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Edysta 10 Tablet is not indicated for use in women.

Precautions & Warnings

• Angina, renal impairment, hepatic impairment, bleeding concomitant with Nitrates, Alpha Blockers, Alcohol, CYP3A4 Inhibitors (for example, Ritonavir, Ketoconazole, Itraconazole), and other PDE5 inhibitors precautions should be taken in all these conditions.
• Edysta 10 Tablet should be taken 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity. It is recommended, however, to consume it an hour before sexual activity.
• Edysta 10Tablet should not be taken more than once per day. Take
